Tire Production Operations

  • When the collected tires arrive at the factory, they go through the first control, the shrinkography machine and shaving, and it is determined whether they will be coated or not.
  • A panelPC and a barcode printer will be placed at that spot, producing a barcode label with an adhesive that clings to the rubber, which will be affixed or stapled to the untreated side surface of the tire.
  • It is assumed that there are about 10 workstations. At each workstation, there will be a cardboard half the size of an A4 paper, with the station ID and the ID of the personnel working at that station (with barcode) on a point that the employee can easily see and reach.

  • Thus, it will be recorded which tire is processed at which station and how much time is required. Thus, personnel performance reports can be prepared and work planning can be done more easily.
  • At the same time, with this system, the customer will be able to monitor which process their tire is in, if desired.
  • The Kiosk, located in the backpack station and containing the RFID reader, will also perform all the operations in the manufacturing. At this point, first the barcode on the tire will be read and this value will be written on the RFID tag and attached to the tire.
  • Then the autoclave process will be performed and the coating process will end.
  • If desired, the tires that will enter the oven can be read with the existing hand terminal, and the time spent by each tire in the oven can be recorded by being read again at the exit of the oven.
  • At the shipping stage, the tires to be sent will be scanned and the waybill will be automatically created and the tires will be sent.
  • By scanning a barcode card that will be given to the customer by the personnel who took the tire, we can record the time of delivery of the tires.
