The purpose of the system is to control and count the products while packing in the garment industry.
The products with bags are put on the conveyor one by one, the companies using this conveyor have placed this conveyor behind the metal detector conveyor. As the product passes under the camera, the barcode or barcodes on the bag are read and both the system is controlled by the data in the ERP system, and the number of each product is recorded by counting.
If an incomplete, incorrect or unreadable barcode passes, the system stops, this product is taken from the conveyor, corrected and passed again. Thanks to this system, the packing of wrong, missing or faulty products is prevented.
