As Tplus, we are Gerry Weber's RFID Business partner in Turkey. Production for all apparel products produced in Turkey RFID tags are sewn at the stage. The products produced in various cities of Turkey arrive in the WKS warehouse, which is the quality control firm and shipping center warehouse in Istanbul, with parcels and hangers. There are 3 RFID tunnels with a length of 15 meters in the receiving area. The system automatically transfers the parcels lined up on the entrance conveyor to the RFID tunnel, one by one, after checking the parcel content there, the Label Applicator at the exit of the RFID tunnel attaches labels to the parcels according to the contents of the parcel. The parcels to be allocated for quality control are automatically determined in this RFID tunnel passage, and the boxes with errors are also labeled and directed to the correction tables. RFID reading and label printing systems are available on 3 correction tables. Each faulty parcel is opened and necessary corrections are made, and the parcels coming from the quality control are passed through the tunnel for the last time for the purpose of control, and they are grouped in order to be loaded abroad and placed in the warehouse dispatch area next to the other proper parcels. Thanks to this system, the error rate, which was 10-15% before, has decreased to 0.2%-0.3%. The manufacturing, import and installation of all the hardware required for the application, the details of which are given above, as well as all the software required for the system were carried out by Tplus. The integration of the system with different organizations in Germany and Turkey was also done by Tplus teams.
