These two biggest tire coating companies in Turkey use RFID technology in production. They integrate RFID chips into all coated tires. In this way, the warranty processes of the tires are followed, and at the same time, the monitoring, counting and shipping processes of the tires are taken under control during the production phase. In addition, the collections made from various companies for the purpose of coating are made with a special application developed for the mobile phones of the collector personnel, so that both the employer and the coating companies are instantly informed about the incoming tires. The tires coming to the coating company are labeled at the entry point and recorded at approximately 10 workstations during the coating process, and the whole process is monitored.
